I’m constantly amazed when I look out the front window. The poor, first home buyers, haven’t got two cents to rub together, Italians next door; who seem to make a lot of noise most days ( banging, loud voices, barking, sanding, cutting, stump grinding and cement mixers ). The latest project is their front fences. The nice brick has been demolished, the replacement is cement rendered and I’m sure higher than allowed by the local environmental plan. We now have ugly metal framed wooden gates. What did I see today, it’s padlocked, from the inside!
While in the pool I noticed the condition of the fence. The fence that we did not want. The fence that we paid commercial rates for. This fence is about 7 months old, however on closer examination of the back portion of the fence I found an average of 10 faults per ‘ panel ‘.
